  15. Click here as a shortcut for the Get Info menu item, used to assign IP addresses and icons to map objects. Will be unavailable when no map objects are selected.

  17. Launch Application button

  19. Click here as a shortcut for option-double-clicking on a map object to launch applications. Will be unavailable when no map objects are selected.

  21. Telnet button

  23. Click here to launch the NCSA Telnet application in order to Telnet to a map object that has been assigned an IP address. Will be unavailable when no map objects with IP addresses are selected.

  27. Click here as a shortcut for the New Poll List menu item. If you have TCP/IP installed, this button will display a pop-up menu for AppleTalk or TCP/IP polling.

  31. Click here to launch Netopia's Timbuktu screen-sharing application. To start a Control Session, cmd-click this button. To start an Observe Session, simply click this button. Will be unavailable when no Timbuktu objects are selected.

  35. Click here to launch Neon Software's CyberGauge application. CyberGauge uses SNMP to monitor Internet bandwidth utilization. Will be unavailable when no map objects with IP addresses are selected.

  39. It maintains a  log of LANsurveyor functions as they are performed and of events as they occur.

  43. It is used to display all reports created by the commands in the Report menu.
